It made me sick to see/hear the Police Chief and Reactionary Right Winger (no not neocon, but a real Reactionary) Partik-Pable talking to each other, as if they were planning how to answer the points being discussed, it was clear that the police and the FPOe (Reactionary Party in Austria) are in bed with one another. Firstly, irrespective of the fact that Mike B is a respectible US Teacher and not a Drug Dealer; does the Austrian Police support beating-up suspects ? Why is beating-up someone not considered to be "mishandlung", when it is performed by Austrian Police ?<BR/><BR/>In the case of Mike B, it appears that the Viennese police and politians have 'closed-ranks' in order to ensure that no one is really called to answer for these actions. The result is that instead of our original idea that the Police are there to help us; we are now becoming as affraid of the police as we are of real crimainals; especially if we are not "real Austrians". <BR/>It is high time that the Austrian Police were made independent of Political influence and in particular from Right-wing politicians like Helene Partik-Pable. <BR/><BR/>Austria needs to clearly show that they are not just another 'banana republic'.Roystonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15030229396567728635noreply@blogger.com
